Club Management

The affairs of the club are managed and run by the Committee comprising:

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Up to 5 committee members

Also, by invitation, the Committee may invite one junior member representative (to be elected by the junior members of the Club) to be their voice at committee meetings. The Junior Representative has full voting rights. To look at our Constitution, please click here.

These are the most valuable members of our Club, our volunteers, who donate their time voluntarily to keep the Club going through many activities, not just by attending Committee meetings.

Junior Representatives

Under the Club's Constitution, the Committee decides each year whether or not to have the position of Junior Representative. If the Committee does decide to have a Junior Representative (and we have done so every year since 2004, the year of our inaugural Constitution), all junior members of the Club vote for whom they wish, and by majority one is elected as the voice of the juniors in the Club, with full voting rights at Committee meetings.
